Adam Albag Partner

Adam Albag has more than 20 years’ experience in the full range of Israeli civil and commercial litigation, real estate transactions, commercial agreements, labor and executive compensation matters.

Adam appears before Courts of all instances, including various arbitration courts and forums in Israel and abroad including the International Court of Arbitration of the ICC (the International Chamber of Commerce).

Adam serves as an arbitrator on behalf of Israel’s Registrar of Cooperative Societies and has served as Vice Chairman of the Agricultural Sector Committee of the Israeli Bar Association, and a legal adviser to the Ministry of Interior committee for new non-communal neighborhoods in Kibbutzim.

In addition, Adam advises on the legal aspects of real estate projects in Israel, including neighborhood and housing projects, industrial zones, border crossings, solar energy, agricultural projects (cattle, poultry, etc.), hotels and resorts, etc.
