Adam is head of the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution practice. Adam has extensive experience in the full range of Israeli civil and commercial litigation, including insolvency proceedings, shareholder disputes, antitrust, labor, commercial contracts, international sales agency and distribution agreements, copyright, building and construction, planning and zoning, expropriation, defamation and insurance.
Adam appears before Courts of all instances, including various arbitration courts and forums in Israel and abroad including the International Court of Arbitration of the ICC (the International Chamber of Commerce).
In addition, Adam has extensive experience in handling the legal aspects of real estate projects in Israel, including neighborhoods and housing projects, industrial zones, border crossings, solar energy, agricultural projects (cattle, poultry, etc.), hotels and resorts, etc. Adam serves as an arbitrator on behalf of Israel’s Registrar of Cooperative Societies and has served as Vice Chairman of the Agricultural Sector Committee of the Israeli Bar Association, and a legal advisor to the Ministry of Interior committee for new non-communal neighborhoods in Kibbutzim.
Adam was admitted to the Israeli Bar in 1997, and holds an LL.B. degree from the Tel Aviv University. He holds dual American-Israeli citizenship and is fluent in Hebrew and English.
